Things to know

Arrival

Check in is possible between 14.00 and 21.00. If it should be later than 21.00 o'clock, we ask you for short message. We will inform you by phone where we will leave your room card.

Departure

We ask for room release until 10.00 am.

Elevator/Lift

In our house there is an elevator at your disposal.

Payment

Please settle your room bill the evening before your departure. You can pay with cash, Visa, Master or EC card.

Bicycle / ski rental

For our guests we have free rental bikes in summer. (No children's bikes) In winter you get a discount on ski rental at our partner sports store.

Breakfast

Breakfast from 07:00 to 10:00

Golf Club

We are partner hotel of the golf club Zell am See-Kaprun. Our guests receive a 30% discount on the valid green fee prices.

Half board

Dinner for half board guests 18:00 until 20:00

Dogs

Your four-legged darling is also welcome on request. Cleaning fee € 5,00 per day/without food.

Internet

In all rooms and in the reception area you can use our W-LAN for FREE.

With your room card you can open the night entrance at any time.

Local tax

The local tax is NOT included in the room price. It amounts to Euro 2,10 per adult and night (persons from 15 years) and will be charged extra. The local tax of Euro 2,10 is not yet included in the room rates.
Our room rates in summer are per night incl. breakfast and in winter incl. half board.

Parking lot

FREE parking is available for our guests directly in front of the house.

Restaurant

Our a la carte restaurant is open for you in summer from Monday to Saturday from 17.00 to 21.00. Saturday also from 11.00 am to 14.00 pm. Sunday is closed day in the restaurant.
In winter, our a la carte restaurant is open for you from Monday to Sunday from 17.00 to 21.00.

Cancellation policy:

Dear guests,
these are our regular cancellation policy for winter 2022:

Cancellation up to 21 days before arrival FREE
Cancellation 20 to 7 days before arrival 30% of the booking amount
Cancellation 6 to 2 days prior to arrival 60% of the booking amount
Cancellation 1 day prior to arrival or 'no-show' 100% of booking total

In the case of Corona conditional cancellations, by recommendations of the Austrian State or the Chamber of Commerce, other conditions apply. In the event of a closure of our business or an entry ban to Austria, you can of course cancel free of charge.

We recommend our guests to take out a travel cancellation insurance. Many credit card companies also offer this service - you will find this information in your credit card contract.

COVID19 - CANCELLATION:

Cancellation of the reservation free of charge is possible until 3 days before arrival. In case of later cancellation, the hotel reserves the right to charge 80% of the accommodation price from the credit card if the reservation is not re-let.
